Keys to Conflict with Dana Caspersen

Have you ever struggled as a parent? Or wondering why it's hard raising kids? What about your marriage? Do you ever feel like you and your spouse can't seem to get on the same page? You're in luck, and this episode is for you.

Join me as I sit down with award-winning choreographer and dancer Dana Caspersen. In this captivating conversation, Dana unwraps her transformative journey of embracing nonviolent communication through dance, a discovery that has influenced both her personal and professional life profoundly.

Together, we tackle the delicate subject of parenting - the perpetual performance mode, the struggle to focus on what truly matters rather than resorting to rewards and punishments, and the art of managing personal growth amidst all the chaos. Dana also offers unique insights into conflict resolution, offering a fresh perspective on how to navigate boundaries, support others in difficult relationships, and cultivate a mindful approach in conflict situations.

Dana's principles of conflict resolution have guided her in this pursuit, transforming her approach from choreography to dialogue design, and from coaching individuals to facilitating organizational change. This conversation promises to be engaging, enlightening, and a wellspring of wisdom.
